Registration fees

• Early registration:         

300€ (Student 220€; Student status document required) + 25€ BMA Society membership (if not already subscribed, attestation required otherwise)

•  Late registration:           

420€ (Student 300€; Student status document required) + 25 € BMA Society membership (if not already subscribed, attestation required otherwise)

 Cancellation policy

• Cancellations must be done in writing to the congress secretariat. Send your cancellation to bma2018@sciencesconf.org
• Cancellations made before July 25^th: the reimbursement will be the total amount of registration fee minus administrative charges of €50,
• Cancellations made before August 15^th: the reimbursement will be 50% of the total amount of registration fee
• Cancellations after August 15^th: no reimbursement will be made
